Welcome to Recallist. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Recallist mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By using Recallist, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Recallist only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service
2. Accounts & Early Access
Some features may require account creation or early access enrollment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue early access features at any time.
3. Study Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of all study content you upload or create.
By using Recallist, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (such as generating flashcards and scheduling reviews).
We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Flashcards and learning materials generated by Recallist are provided for educational assistance only.
We do not guarantee:
- Complete accuracy
- Exam success
- Educational outcomes
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Prices and billing terms will be disclosed before purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may stop using Recallist at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recallist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
